By creating an account on Can We Swap, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including members, business accounts, and visitors.
Can We Swap requires a $10/month subscription to post listings and access full platform features. There is no free trial. All payments are non-refundable. Membership cannot be paused. If payment fails, you enter a 7-day grace period during which you may log in but cannot post new ads. After 7 days, your account is suspended and ads are hidden. After 30 days unpaid, your account is permanently deactivated.
All listings must offer barter as a trade option. Cash-only listings are prohibited. Each listing expires after 30 days and must be reposted. Users may post a maximum of 2 new ads per day. Duplicate or spam postings are prohibited. Listings must be accurate and not misleading.
The following are strictly prohibited on Can We Swap: illegal goods or services, restricted weapons (where illegal), drugs and controlled substances, fraudulent or misleading listings, adult content, hate speech, and harassment. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Can We Swap is a facilitator only and is not a party to any trade or transaction between users. We make no guarantee of the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing. We are not responsible for disputes, damages, losses, or outcomes arising from trades made on this platform. Users trade at their own risk.
All communication between users must remain within the Can We Swap internal messaging system until both parties have mutually agreed to a trade. Sharing personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses) before agreement is strongly discouraged.
Can We Swap reserves the right to remove any listing, suspend any account, or permanently ban any user at our sole discretion. Enforcement actions include warnings, temporary suspensions, and permanent bans. Only admins may delete listings.
You may cancel your membership at any time. No partial refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
Can We Swap reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Can We Swap, Inc. is incorporated.
