Your real name, email address, and exact location are never shown publicly. Only your display username, state, and city/region are visible to other users. Your payment information is processed securely and never stored on our servers.
Messages sent through the Can We Swap internal messaging system are stored on our servers to enable the messaging feature. We may review messages in cases of reported abuse or violations of our Terms of Service.
We use cookies to maintain your login session and improve platform performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect platform functionality.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. After account deactivation, data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and fraud prevention purposes, then permanently deleted.
